I saw Adriana again just over a week since our first date at the Yaletown Milestones, this time during the day for another supposed work-study date (we had a ‘normal’ study date two days prior. I worked, she studied).
Like our previous date, this meeting was meant to be productive; she was writing a school essay and I was writing new material for my coaching programs. However, this time we agreed to meet at 10am.
I arrived at her apartment at 2nd and Commercial and waited for her to come out so we could get to work at Waves Coffee, but she really wanted go for a walk through the neighborhood. Fine. With some persistence I gave up and we went for a walk.
Now, over the week we had spoken several times about getting together for some hot and heavy wanton sex and it was in the back of my mind. We walked into an elementary school playground and I joked about us ripping each other’s clothes off and giving the kids an education through the window. She giggled and agreed, so I held her, kissed her hard and grabbed her crotch.
But she ran away – towards the playground equipment (note: we were too far away from the windows for the children to notice us, or I never would have pulled that stunt – think of the children!).
I coolly followed and we chatted here and there about how the sex would blow her mind, as we crawled through the playground adventure gym and went down the slide. But soon, objections came as she started to have second thoughts.
After a few minutes, I started to agree with her – maybe she’s right, we shouldn’t do it.
“Nope, I made up my mind. We are NOT going to have sex. It’s too late for that.” I repeated.
It was time to study, so we walked towards Waves Coffee. Then past Waves Coffee. Adriana was tired and wanted to take a nap. She asked if I wanted to nap first and then we can study. I could sleep on her sofa.
“Ok, you can come over to my apartment, but we are NOT going to have sex. We will, but not this time. OK?” Sure, I said. Who was I to argue?
We get into her apartment and I slide onto her sofa and lay down. I call her out of her room and tell her to lie beside me so we could cuddle, then make it a point to tell her that I am awesome at ‘going downtown’. The best.
“Really?” she asked? “It’s been so long. OK.”
She took me to her room for some hot and sweaty lovemaking. We left her apartment shortly thereafter (what happened to the nap?) and she bought me lunch.
Time from the front of her apartment to inside her bedroom, about 50 minutes.
Commentary: Adriana has become a great a friend and we really get along and help each other. She’s since done more traveling around the world, graduated from school and is working for a law firm. We did talk about going out for threesomes together. Stay tuned for news about that.
