What is live in-field coaching like from a coaches point of view?
It’s Saturday night and we are at the tail end of some live in-field coaching for the Secret Skils to Meeting Women bootcamp with a number of clients/students.
Each of the three coaches took 3 clients each (typical ratio is 3-4 clients per coach) and watched their interaction with women.
Our goal, as coaches, is to make sure each and every client learns something and improves his experience with women, he must progress and we make sure he does through insightful, expert feedback that really gets into the heart of the matter/problem, not through giving more random tricks and techniques.
Note: the in-field portion of the course is optional, you don’t have to do it, but we suggest you do as you will learn the most when you get feedback on what you are doing while you are under pressure.
