Have you ever wondered if matchmaking will work for you?

As we have both a Vancouver Attraction/Dating coaching company for men (Man Meets Woman) and it’s sister company for women (Happy Sexy You), we frequently get asked if we can match our clients up.

While we have, on occasion, done matchmaking for our clients that we know well, that is a difficult task better left to the professionals (I will be happy to refer you to several professional matchmakers), however, we thought we’d do something different this August by offering to match people up.

How this will work is quite simple. If you want to potentially be matched with someone for dating, please send an email back with the answers to these four questions and two clear photos of yourself.

1. What is your birthday and what part of the lower mainland do you live in?
2. How would you describe your relationship experience? Have you ever been married or were you in a recent relationship?
3. What kind of person would you like to date (i.e. who are you looking for?).
4. What is important to you when it comes to dating (i.e. what attracts you to the opposite sex and what do you like to do for fun?).

Please email your request for matchmaking to coach@manmeetswoman.com.

What we will do is, if there is a match, send an email to introduce the both of you to each other, the week before the Singles Appreciation BBQ and we’ll leave it up to you to take the next steps.

Some guidelines:

• We are offering this on a casual, for fun, basis.
• We are not matchmakers and have no plans in the near future to offer this service.
• We cannot guarantee that you will be matched with someone.
• We will not be pre-screening people that you may be matched with.
• Even if you are not matched, come to the Summer Singles Appreciation BBQ and see if any romantic sparks fly, live and in person!

There is no fee for this.

I was having lunch with an old friend a few weeks ago and we were talking about how good things seem to be happening for us right now, as we’re both in a period of growth and exploration. And we’re both quite inspired, we have clarity about our life direction and mission, which is a refreshing change.

To explain, I recently spent over a year depressed and heartbroken from a breakup and really got things back together a month or so ago. During that depression, my world crumbled down around me; thus I vowed never to be so unprepared as to let that happen again and have been building and preparing my life to prevent that.

So now is a time of development and growth (including this new Man Meets Woman site!) and one thing I’m very good at is being creative. I explained to my friend that there are two times of the day when I am most creative; my best ideas come when I am either driving or half asleep (asleep in bed of course, haven’t sleep driven yet). Many of the ideas I get at those times phenomenal!

But this only happens when I to put myself in the right state to manifest things and openly receive them.

Read that last sentence again, it’s very important as you can likely inspire yourself the same way. I’m not the only one to cite this, I’ve studied why this is and found, for example, that the ancient Native American shaman’s used to smoke opium, weed, or consume crazy strong alcohol just so they could get into this state to see visions from the gods. There are scientific explanations for this as well, involving alpha brain waves and the pineal gland, fascinating to read if you know what to look for.

I never know exactly what to expect when I put myself into this trancelike state. Sometimes I’m not even trying and POW, something brilliant hits me. I’ve learned to be able to inspire myself at will and it works wonders when I’m thinking positively about the future. I find that good things really come when I focus on a goal (I’ll talk about the law of attraction in the future).

I’ve also been using this inspiration recently to think deep, deeper than anyone else has, on the problems that men have today and will have in the future, in the areas of m passion and expertise – attraction, seduction, and heartbreak (go figure). I’ll be sharing what I’ve learned from high level abstract concepts to technical execution. I’m also developing my programs around this and am going big with my message very soon.

I challenge you to ask yourself what are you passionate about and how can you inspire yourself to have clarity of life for yourself?
